HURRICANE HARBOR POLICIES

CHANGING ROOMS
Men's and women's changing rooms with coin-operated
lockers are located in Hurricane Harbor.

RAFTS
Rafts are required at the Big Kahuna tube slides and Adventure River. A specifically designed water slide toboggan is required on the Swiss Family Taboggan.
Guests
may rent rafts for the day at the Raft Rental Building
or use rafts provided at the attraction.

SWIMWEAR
Proper swimwear is required. The following is NOT permitted:
Provacative swimwear
Long pants
Swimwear with rivets, buckles, zippers or any metal ornamentation
Jeans or cut-offs

No coolers and or glass containers are allowed in the park or Hurricane Harbor.
Personal innertubes or air mattresses are not permited. All children wearing
diapers must wear an approved WATERPROOF DIAPER available at the
Hurricane Harbor Gift Shop. All children must be in appropriate swimwear.
Hurricane Harbor contains a vast array of rides and attractions; each guest
assumes the ordinary physical risk associated with normal operation
of such rides and attractions.

SEVERE WEATHER
In the case of severe weather, please listen to Park pages and/or hosts or hostesses for instructions. Six Flags New England will instruct all Guests in these safety-sensitive situations. In the event that severe weather causes all attractions to stop operation for 90 minutes, Guest Relations will exchange your ticket admission stub for a return ticket. Guest Relations monitors all rides operating time.

RIDE ACCESSIBILTY
While most ride attractions are accessible to wheelchairs, it should be noted that some guests may be denied the opportunity to board a certain ride in the interest of personal safety. Determination is based upon any guest's ability to utilize all safety restraints and devices as designed, and to maintain a proper riding posture throughout the ride. Safety restraints and ride forces vary from ride to ride, so please ask a ride host or hostess if you have questions concerning specific rides. They will make a decision that is safe for both you and the other guests on the ride. Although remote, there is always a possibility that a situation may arise which would necessitate being removed quickly from a ride which is not in its usual unloading area.

These occasions are rare; however, guests should be aware of this and exercise good judgment before boarding. Because of the above situation possibilities, there are limitations on the number of physically or mentally disabled guests allowed on a ride during a single cycle. Most rides require guests to step up or down to board. All rides have height requirements that every rider must meet. For additional information, please call Six Flags New England at 413-786-9300 and speak to a member of our Guest Relations staff.

RIDE AVAILABILITY
Please call ahead before your visit to confirm hours of operation and current operating rides, as some rides are occasionally closed for routine maintenance. Upon your arrival to the park, please be sure to check the information signs located outside the Main Gate for ride availability.

RIDE RESTRICTIONS
Please note the height and health restrictions posted at the entrance to each ride.

RIDE OPENINGS
At various times during the season, some rides may be open only during peak hours -- for example, noon to 8 p.m. Such variations will be posted at the ride entrance. Additionally, due to maintenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions (including new rides) may not be open to the public.

GUEST RELATIONS
Located at the Front Gate, Guest Relations can assist with hotel, tourist and Park information. If you have any concerns, comments or compliments about your visit, please notify the Guest Relations staff before leaving the Park.

PICNICS
Grills and open flames are not permitted. Neither food nor beverages
may be brought into the Park, except water in plastic bottles.

Restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area. Daily locker rentals are available on a first come first serve basis just inside the front gate and at the entrance of Hurricane Harbor. They may not be reserved in advance. There is a nominal daily charge plus a refundable key deposit. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time or the key deposit will be forfeited.

PARKING
Parking spaces near the main gate and bridge are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for vehicles displaying the official state-issued Disabled Parking Permit. Parking is $15. Cash transactions only. Please be sure to secure all valuables in your vehicle, as Six Flags is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
